Cosmelan is a professional-grade depigmentation treatment designed to address stubborn pigmentation at its source. Developed by mesoestetic, it is one of the most clinically studied and results-driven protocols available for the correction of melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, sun damage, and uneven skin tone.

The treatment works by regulating melanin production through a multi-pathway inhibition approach — targeting tyrosinase activity to interrupt the pigmentation cycle both at the surface and within the deeper layers of the skin. Unlike traditional peels that simply resurface, Cosmelan addresses the root cause of discoloration, making it effective even for chronic or hormonally driven pigmentation.
